• 4 – 6 Years professional IT experience working as a Microsoft .Net developer
• 1 year experience working as a SharePoint developer or farm administrator
• Languages:  ASP.Net, C#, Visual Basic.Net, SQL/T-SQL
• Web Technologies:  AJAX, Java Script, HTML, XML/XSLT, DHTML, CSS, Web Services
• Methodologies:  Agile, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML
• IDE Tools:  Visual Studio
• Platforms:  Windows 2003, IIS
• Databases:  MS SQL 2000, 2005, 2008
• Savvion Business Process Management Preferable
• Microsoft Reporting Services Preferable
• 2+ years experience with programming and/or analysis in applicable information systems tools and technology.  Broad technical skills necessary, with a solid understanding of client/server and/or internet/intranet technology.
• Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) in a Client/Server or Web environment.  Familiarity with Client Server and/or Internet/Intranet environments required.
• Solid knowledgebase of relational database technologies.
