We at Manpower Services, New Delhi have an excellent opportunity for you with one of our TOP IT MNC, Job Description :- Location of Posting* : Bangalore Profile / Skill Sets* : Oracle DBA * Extensive Hands-on experience in Administering Oracle Database versions from 8.x to 11gR2 in RAC, ASM in Linux / Unix Platforms * Extensive experience in Database Patching (One-off, Security Updates, Grid and CRS /RAC ), Analysis and troubleshooting. * Experience in Security implementation / maintenance , Profiles, Resource Manager, Label Security * Extensive experience in advanced troubleshooting critical production environment * Experience in Large Database administration (> 3TB +) * Experience in setting up and maintaining DR / BCP for Databases. Conduct periodic DR drills , Record and resolve gaps. * Experience in Capacity planning for Databases , Storage and providing H/w recommendation. * Experience in Performance tuning in Applications and Databases including AWR analysis, Datawarehouse interfaces, Working with development teams in fixing the performance issues etc., * Experience in Database table stats handling in 10g and 11g * Experience in Unix Shell Scripting and automations in database monitoring * Extensive experience in backup and restore including RMAN , Storage based (Snapshots) , Logical Backups.
