	Job Description
	Java/J2EE development with a minimum of 3+ years of IBM Websphere Portal or Oracle Webcenter suite (or both) or Liferay Portal for lead and architecture experience on enterprise initiatives (Mandatory) In-depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms Portal knowledge should include architectural design, Web Part development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise portal implementations Should be able to take full technical ownership of a project Development experience with Portals, Java/J2EE technologies is also required (e.g. Java/J2EE, EJB, Servlet, Spring etc.) Ability to carry out appropriate fitment of business requirements to Portal Features Aware of limitations and boundaries of Portal products e.g. IBM Websphere Portal, Oracle Webcenter, Liferay etc Prior independent consulting experience is desired Experience with performance tuning Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude Work Experience- 6 - 14y Role:   Team Lead/Technical Lead Role Category:   Programming & Design Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance Keywords:   liferay, portal server, portlet, webcenter, wps, websphere portal server
