Expert in troubleshooting issues 8. Advanced Backup and recovery using RMAN 9. Preparing and reviewing complex change plans 10.Expert in database performance tuning 11.Good knowledge of Unix and shell scripting 12.Expertise in administering RAC/ASM OR Dataguard 13.Handling database Corruption issues 14.Implementing Best practices 15.Performing technical deep dives General Requirements -------------------- 1. RCA preparation 2. Mentoring and upskilling DBAs 3. Contributing in technical initiatives Desirable: --------- 1.Oracle Certification (OCM, OCE) 2. Working Knowledge of 11g 3.
