	Job Description
	Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Total 8-12 Years of IT Experience Work Experience in SQL Server 2000, 2005 & 2008 environments. Certification on SQL Server like MCTS, MCP or OCP would be preferred. Experience on Backup techniques to Disk, Tape on native SQL and tools like Litespeed. Strong in basics of SQL Server and should be strong in TSQL Commands Used on Daily Basis. Performance Tuning Server and user queries to identify the bottlenecks. Regular Database Maintenance activities like DBCC, Healtch Check, and MonitorJobs. 	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Experince on handling cluster environments like- Active/Active and Active/Passive. Knowledge on replication techniques like Replication, Log Shipping, Mirroring, etc. Good understanding on DMVs and system tables.
