Experience required for the Job: 7 - 9 years Annual Salary of the Job: 7.0 - 12.0 Lacs - Salary Best In the Industry Job Location: Ernakulam / Kochi / Cochin Apply Now   Reply Dear Candidate, a) Analyze SQL queries hitting Production database and suggest fine tuned versions to development team. b) Monitor Database performance and based on the performance results, add/rebuild/remove indexes to optimize CPU/Memory usages. c) Assess the load and impact on database caused by application and advise the developers on optimizing the database access mechanisms. d) Design and implement the database objects for new modules e) Action on support activities involves data-fixes, ad-hoc report request etc. f) Work closely with developers and get involved into Database side PL/SQL coding, produce ERD/DFD for new modules, normalization etc. g) Perform import/export data pump from oracle, data sanitization. h) On-call support during out-of-office hours for P1 ticketsi i) Willing to work in UK Shifts j) Should have good experience about 70% DBA and 30% Production Support.
