Job Description:
SSIS (senior developer) 3-5 years
1. ETL Pre-requisite Should have good understanding of ETL concepts.
2. Should be proficient with a database SQL language.
3. Should be able to participate and contribute in quality assurance walk through of ETL components. Tool-specific:
4. Should have experience of SQL Server 2005, SSIS ETL technology. Should have good proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages to transform data.
SSIS (Tech Lead) 5-8 Years
1. Should be proficient with ETL concepts and have the ability to convert requirements into design.
2. Should have proficiency in at least one database tool.
3. Should understand the range of options and best practices for common ETL design techniques such as change data capture, key generation and optimization. Should have working experience on an ETL tool.
4. Should have knowledge in designing the mapping and end-to-end data flow in a mapping.
5. Should be up-to-date on the upgrade options, enhancements, add-ons and features in the ETL tool with a view to improving the productivity.
6. Should have experience on performance tuning. Ability to lead a team of developers."
7. Should have good proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages to transform data.
