Designation: Team Lead IS Job Location: Pune Skills Required: 1. .NET & SQL Server technical knowledge & should be hands-on with code 2. Must have knowledge of the challenges in a SaaS Development organization 3. Demonstrated experience in effectively managing ambiguity and conflict in fast paced environments while staying on top of changing priorities 4. Experience in estimating task components, time requirements. 5. Knowledge of CMS software/s like Kentico 6. Total 6 years of experience and should demonstrate 2+ Years of experience utilizing SCRUM Agile methods, preferably leading full lifecycle software development projects 7. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) designation would be added plus 8. Demonstrated experience in technical Quality Assurance 9. Demonstrated experience working with on- and offshore team members 10. Demonstrated ability to remove barriers that would prevent the team from delivering sprint goal/objectives 11. Is an influential leader and a change agent with hands-on pragmatic approach 12. Fluent in written and spoken English 13. Valid passport with US visa 14. Eligible for travel/work visa to United States Job Duties: 1. Facilitate tasking of offshore team including prioritization 2. Provide monitoring and summarization of project status 3. Prepare status reports and provide frequent stakeholder communication to ensure full visibility 4. Provide primary, direct stakeholder engagement to elicit requirements and ensure satisfactory completion of effort (user acceptance) 5. Work closely with the corporate AIS team to gain understanding of systems and assess approach/viability of efforts 6. Build relationships with various stake-holders and technology peers to successfully implement projects 7. Find synergies with other strategic initiatives and reuse opportunities 8.
