Position Mandate : Required Qualifications Full Time Education: UG/PG Please find the JD below: Skill: MS BI TOOL SSIS / SSRS WITH SQL Job Location: BANGALORE Position: Experience: 4 to 8 yrs MSBI - Senior Development Engineer Experience - 4 - 6 Yrs * Provide support for user issues and owns the issue * Design and perform analysis on moderately complex programs and systems * Contribute to the development of processes and methodology * Assist in the development of assignments and schedules * Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders * Generate shift handover report * Coordinate with various 3rd parties for issue resolution * Around 3 years of experience MSBI - Technical Lead Experience - 6 - 8 Yrs * Monitoring the Daily overnight Data Load in various systems. * Providing Updates on the same and putting communications to the users if there is some issue. * Work on the requests from the users which include data discrepancy in the system, Adhoc reports, Adhoc Data supply, Providing Access to the users to the system. Etc. Over all it"s the whole maintenance and handling requests on these systems. * Reviewing the changes proposed by Dev team. Mitigating risks if any. * Based on the requests ETL and Reports Changes. * Providing the initial estimate and analysis to the Dev team for complex or requests which will take more time. * Providing Root Cause analysis on the Issues and also working on them to make sure they don"t reappear. * Tracking and Logging the Requests from the users.
