Experience :6+ years Location: Bangalore Role : Technical Architect Responsibility : Technical Architecture for Enterprise Solutions  Technical architecture for enterprise solutions implemented/proposed by our enterprise.  Application architecture and Database Architecture  Solution Integration Strategy and Leadership  Infrastructure Design and Deployment Architecture  Resource optimization and performance tuning  Technical solutions presentation to clients  Proof concept identification and PoC delivery  Common components identification and delivery  Performance benchmark and performance tuning  Technical support during implementation phase  Mentoring and Coaching KRA  Innovation and simplicity of solutions proposed  Customer Acceptance of Proposed technical architecture  Smooth implementation of the solutions proposed. No major issues related to technical architecture identified during implementation phase.  No performance and security issued identified on solutions deployed.  Timely trouble shooting of technical issues identified during development, implementation and production environments.  Strong technical team built on identified areas (Initially Open source, Java/J2EE).  Effective collaboration with multiple teams (Client, Partners, Solutions consultants, Infrastructure specialist, project managers etc.).  Active participation in technology forums  White papers and contribution to Company publications.
