Joining Location: Hyderabad
SAP BI Application Architect
Create the application architecture for one or more business area domains including all applications and projects within the domain(s).
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
* With the direction of the F&A IT Hyderabad support the overall Integrated Management Reporting application architecture ensuring that the architecture is appropriate across the Pharma BI Platform.
* Provide dedicated operational support, service quality, application optimization & maintenance to the Integrated Management Reporting.
* Collaborate with BI Business Analyst / Architects and business lead to investigate and define solutions that deliver business value.
* Liaise with BI Architects within the Pharma ensuring adherence to architecture standards as defined in the Global BI Strategy.
* Provides query support to Global BPA in Hyderabad (GBH), performs query changes as per requirements, aligns with IBI architect on query design changes
* Initiates and tracks requests for support from Global Teams based on dependencies
* Ensure smooth transition of Pharma projects (e.g. IMR) into operations mode.
* May assist in analyzing and modeling relevant business processes.
* Write project related documentation such as technical system design, user manual, etc in the scope of the IMR program.
* Convert technical and business requirements into adequate IT solutions for the Integrated Management Reporting program
* Collaborate with Demand Management and business with technical feasibility of business process improvements / standardizations and timings for implementation, as well as process performance measurement.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
* Achieve agreed targets in quality, time and cost.
* Meet relevant Service Level Agreements & Sustain customer satisfaction.
* Support services meet Novartis rules for CSV and information security.
* Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for Changes, System operation and other relevant policies.
* Accepted by business management in Pharma BPA and IT organizations
* Aware of contribution to specific businesses processes
JOB DIMENSION
* Concurrently able to work on support and assist project implementations (e.g. Integrated Management Reporting)
* Has responsibility for support of a dedicated area and critical reporting processes.
* This implies regular interactions with all Pharma BPA located in Hyderabad and Basel on IT and business analysis matters.
* Provide business solutions using several Business Intelligence / Business Objects technologies with focus in the Integrated Management Reporting program.
