Can demonstrate advanced troubleshooting of SharePoint workflows when they break down. Experience: *A minimum of 3 years supporting 2007 or 2010 *A minimum of 3 years of Technical Support experience (in a Tier 2 or 3 role) including a minimum of 1 year of experience supportingEnterprise customers. Education: *4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
