Roles & Responsibilities:
- PLM Domain Knowledge
- Knowledge and certification of ITIL process (Incident, Problem Management)
- Business Admin and System admin
- Good CAD Data Management Skills
- Excellent Customer handling and Team handling skills
- Understanding Presales activities, Proposal creation
- Willing to travel within and outside India.
