Following is the skill set that the client is looking for. Basically strong Javascript/JSON/C#/Object oriented programming. *** Strong developers who have development experience in Javascript / DOJO/Advanced javascript/JQuery/ strong C# / Frameworks( Entity /Caching/Dependancy Injection/Unity Containers). *** Hibernate for SQLServer and SQLLite. ( may not be needed ) *** Agile knowledge is must. * Willingness to work in cross platforms and different technologies having no restrictions or personal constraints. * Efficient to handle multiple small projects or activities simultaneously. *Strong in business understanding capabilities and quick learner. *Sound communication skills. *Good team player and a leader.
