Job Description :
Need MSBI developers to assist with the Data Engineering team within the organization as well as third party vendors. Ideal candidates should have a successful track record of working in a team environment developing critical line-of-business applications using the Microsoft tools i.e. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and MDM (preferable).
Job Responsibilities :
· Analysis and gathering requirements for Development projects covering all parts of SDLC
· Creating tables and their relationships (Schemas) in the data warehouse.
· Creating SSIS packages to migrate large amounts of data.
· Developed large number of standard and customized reports using SSRS for data feeds and for Reports on server.
· Create Databases, Tables, Cluster/Non-Cluster Index, Unique/Check Constraints, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions and views, Performance tuning of queries.
· Involve in using Master Data Management (MDM) tools for a Data Warehousing project (optional)
Required Skills :
· Minimum 3 years direct experience in the Design and Development of Data Warehouse/Data Marts
· Extensive experience in using SQL server 2008, SSIS, SSRS. Exposure to SSAS and MDX queries would be an added advantage.
· Extensive experience of T-SQL, SSIS Package development and SSRS Report development on MS SQL 2008/R2/2012
· Should have good Data Analytical skills
· Manage multiple priorities and ensure team deliveries in a dynamic environment
· Ability, if required, to design/develop/optimize stored procedures for reports
· Ability and desire to learn new report display technologies and evaluate additional BI tools that could advance the BI offerings
· Experience in Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and Agile methodologies
· Self-learner with a high degree of professionalism
