WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL WHO CAN EVALUATE CANDIDATES ON FOLLOWING SKILLS • Experienced with advanced Journey Mapping, Site Maps and in developing Innovative UI/UX experience along with UI/UX Design thinking experience.  • Ability to understand current Design implementation, Work Flow, UI/UX navigation as needed and be able to ideate and propose new Solutions mapped to the Business Goals • Ability to understand and think Design, as a result of Ideating on the Work and Plan involved and create output mapping to the business goals and objectives • Experienced in Customer Facing Presentation and Consultative skills with the ability to deliver the right message at the right level • Ability to work with UI/UX design team create powerful visuals of UI designs in adobe and clickable mockup is UXPIN or Fluid. • Must have experience in creating innovative mobile application designs that can be practically implemented and engineered. • Develop user stories to match UI experience which can be delivered to engineering teams and manage mobile engineering efforts. • Implementation level experience with latest Mobile Technologies and Patters - Having done both Hybrid and Native Mobile Applications based on Customer Needs and within Budget • Experienced in WEB development: HTML5, JavaScript using bootstrap, angular.js, etc. and server side node.js using cordovan/ ionic and/or Xamarin • Aware of generic Mobility related Implementation challenges, Market Dynamics, Technical Integration Points (On Prem, Cloud) • Experienced in Building, Deploying and Support of Mobility Implementations • Experienced as a Solutions Designer/Architect for similar projects • Experienced in working with IT, Business as well as Sales&Marketing teams in Client Organization. • Ability to manouvre the Technical Dependencies, Be Politically correct. • Awareness of Infrastructure related implementation details such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS as needed • Demonstrated experience of Agile Technical implementation Techniques and aware of Automation, CICD • Experienced in Cloud based Delivery Projects • Excellent Verbal, Written Communication Skills and Presentation Skills • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. We are looking for strong technical professional who have good Communication skill with prior interviewing experience who can work on part time basis after office hours and in their free time including weekends who would be interested in conducting Technical Video interviews.
