ROI, environment management etc.) Knowledge of multiple Industry standard and open source test automation tools Experience in implementing test automation frameworks in complex ERP implementation Experience specifying, establishing and managing test environments and test data for automation projects Up-to-date knowledge of test automation trends, technologies, methods, etc. Solid understanding of development, application management, and testing methodologies Play project lead role for large-scale client & with multiple stakeholders. Strong, dynamic leadership with effective business communication and client-interfacing skills. Experience in Global Delivery Model of managing projects at onsite and offshore. Strong skills and sound experience in Test Management. Track record of delivering quality results under aggressive schedules. Managerial Skills: Experience in reviewing test services estimations and risk management plans Project Management, Project Schedule, Project Tracking and Team Management Successfully manage multiple complex projects in parallel Build, train, mentor & manage multiple high performance teams Effective Communication skills Coordinate between globally located teams Ability to maintain and build client relationships Independent ownership and successful delivery of projects with expected quality deliverables Establishing and implementing processess for improvements in quality work and deliverables. Define business process, risk analysis and mitigation, and providing baseline acceptacne criteria and deliverables. Experience in transaliting business requirements to understandable QA requirements QA project planning and estimation, resource planning Preferred : PMP certified professional.
