IOS Tech Lead
Job Description
Provide technical guidance to team as and when required.
Work closely with Product Owners and Architects to identify, expand, estimate, prioritize and execute tasks.
Communicate clear expectations, identify points of confusion or disagreement, and keep team members and others within the organization in sync.
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, sprint and release planning meetings.
Prepare accurate estimates and reports, track variances and help team in improving estimate capabilities over time.
Willingness to travel to customer locations worldwide on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
hands-on development experience iOS
Experience in designing one or several modules in a full life cycle development or product.
Should have project management experience / exposure.
Experience as a Scrum Master will be preferred. Must be able to lead a team to self-organization.
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by development team, incremental delivery and value of metrics.
Familiarity in Agile practices, cloud and service oriented environments.
Understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics and velocity.
Ability to breakdown complex tasks and executing them successfully.
Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Notice Period should be 1 month OR lesser.
