Job Title:- Technical Architect Experience:- 8-11 years Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S/M.C.A Skills and requirements:- *J2EE developer with experience in requirement understanding, architecting, designing and developing solutions *Should have extremely good knowledge on SDLC and development processes *Should possess sound knowledge and experience on IT product architecture and design methodologies *Should possess sound knowledge and experience in data modelling *Should have experience in deciding on technology, tools and processes to be used for development based on the product idea *Should have the ability to understand product requirements from stakeholders and convert to technical specification and design *Should have extensive design, development and deployment experience in J2EE, Struts, servlets, spring, hibernate, XML, XSLT, Web Services *Should have good knowledge and working experience on application servers and web servers *Should have good knowledge and working experience on the database side - preferably having used SQL Server *Good working knowledge on IDE's and version control systems *knowledge on cloud technologies - knowledge of hosting applications on cloud will be a plus *Good communication skills *Aptitude to understand and implement at a fast pace *It will be a plus if he has lead small teams *He/She should be a guide/Mentor team members with the aim of establishing a good technical team It will be preferable if the candidate comes from a small -medium sized organization set up.
