Test Life Cycle management, Executing/Handling SIT, UAT, Defects using the MS Team Foundation 3. At least 1 year of "Tech Lead" position. Leading at least one large scale project to success. 4. At least 1 successful ALM deployment (covering all areas requirements management, development, testing, build & release). 5. He should have been either the person who have led the deployment or an effective member. 6. QA and Six Sigma Certified 1. TFS infrastructure layout. H/A options and operations. 2- TFS overview covering Project Collections/Team Projects/Security 3- TFS Scrum process details covering: a. Work breakdown into backlog items. b. Test planning/test execution and linking to backlog items. c. Defect/bug lifecycle management. d. Simple project tracking via task work item. 4- Test automation (Unit Testing & Coded UI Tests). 5- Linking Banking business requirements to TFS Scrum Process.
