Job Description
Should have 10 - 14 Years of Experience in Microsoft Technologies and 3-6 years in Project Management
Lead a team of software developers in developing Custom Applications using MVC
Minimum 2-3 years in MVC Architecture Mandatory
Hands on programming experience for responsive UI with knowledge on JQuery, etc
Should be capable to work with and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics packages and software to meet business requirements after discussion sessions with the project management team.
Write clean, well-engineered code that comply with accepted standards, and test web applications
Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion.
Communicate effectively with managers, technical leads and other internal team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
Conduct technical reviews, project reviews and audits code review and QC of codes.
Reviews / testing of project deliverable.
Provide technical & non-technical trainings required by the team members
Strong database skills, proven experience with Asp.net, C#, SQL, MySQL, .Net, HTML, CSS, JQuery, LINQ, Entity Frame Work
