Job Description-
(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
*Design, Develop Mobile Web and Hybrid technical solutions.
*Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management and/or users for validation.
*Model, design and implement databases as necessary.
*Develop software according to Project Standards.
*Fine Tune Standards, Guidelines and Architecture
*Conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the Project guidelines.
*Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product.
*Produce software documentation necessary for the application and issue it to the requesting departments.
*Support the end user in the Production phase by debugging existing software solutions in response to Problem Tracking Records (PTR) and Change Requests (CR) issued from Product Management or Product Definition
*Provide the necessary knowledge Sharing and supporting junior staff members
*Do the Code review and follow the check in / out process
*Take ownership for the Product / Module and ensure the complete delivery till production environment
*Identify the new area's of technical improvements on mobile and provide necessary support to get those ideas / improvements in the product.
(2) Competencies - Technical / Functional and Managerial
*Sound knowledge & Work Experience on HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX and clear concepts of OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
*Sound knowledge and Working experience on Java, JSP, Servlets
*Min of 1 Year of Exp in Mobile Web / Hybrid App development
*Good MVC knowledge (Weblogic server, Spring or Struts frameworks, JSP, JSTL, Aria) is a plus
*Developed / Participated in Developing Framework / Reusable components, Designed the Architecture of the Mobile / Web Solutions.
*Very strong experience on UI & Java Standards & Guidelines & Process
*Good SQL and Database concept knowledge & Work experience
*Strong analytical & problem solving skills
*Good communication & Leadership skills
*Ability to work individually / in team and may handle small team to get the product successfully deliver
