We have excellent opportunity for Dot Net Architects at Tavant Technologies (Cmmi Level 4)
Skill Requirements:
10+ years experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET / C# / MVC
5+ years with relational databases, mainly SQL Server
3+ years with web services/SOAP/XML/ XSLT
3+ years integrating APIs
Experience constructing data models.
Experience in architecture, design, implement, and maintain service oriented applications, web sites, and Internet-based applications primarily written in .NET.
Experience with Entity framework, unit testing frameworks and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Able to create, drive and complete POCs (Proof of Concepts) to test new ideas and apply emerging technologies
Desire to expand knowledge and experience and commitment to continuous learning.
Business acumen to determine feasibility of customer requests and balance business decisions with technology development
Customer oriented: meets individual commitments, works with the team to achieve team commitments, and responds to requests in a timely manner, willing to help
Supervisory, coaching and teaching skills to lead and/or supervise direct reports
Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
