I came across your profile on Job portal and would like to share a Leadership position with you. Currently, we are looking for QA Manager with one of Our Product MNC Client having more than 10000+ employees. This position is based out of Bangalore.
Major responsibilities:
The QA Manager will be responsible for:
* Push for greater and more effective use of QA process and automation techniques.
* Work with the product owners and other stakeholders to confirm that QA deliverables are being met and status is being communicated effectively.
* Defining Software Quality Plan and test strategies
* Promote understanding of QA process and methodology to the various stakeholders.
* Participate in project scheduling activities and associated risk analysis and mitigation.
* Publish QA metrics for projects
* Manage and Coordinate QA activities across multiple streams of work
* Be a catalyst and strong force for continued improvement in QA processes.
* Promote and continue to bring in industry best practices.
* Enhance and review cross-project, system-level defects and ensure they are adequately communicated with the client and all internal delivery managers.
Job Requirement:
Knowledge and Skills
* Skilled in QA system development and monitoring
* Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done
* Internal and external client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated leadership capability
* Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems and be able to independently and jointly develop desired solutions
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills not necessarily associated with programming
* Strong understanding of testing web services
* Strong understanding of web security testing best practices
* Aptitude for learning, understanding, and applying concepts
