Technical Requirement 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in large scale IMSplatform integration and deployment for carriers. 2. Expertise in IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), Voice over IP (VoIP) &VoLTE (Voice over LTE) 3. Protocol Literacy: SIP, Diameter,ENUM, DNS, SS7, ISDN, MAP, IS41, TCAP, ISUP, INAP, ISUP, BICC, SCCP, H.248, GTP, IBCF, Softswitch and PSTN gateway, MMTel, RCS. 4. Experience in IP Peering Border Solution such as Call Admission Control, Bandwidth Management, RTP pinhole, SIP header manipulation, topology hiding, firewalling, NAT, IPV4-IPV6 inter-workingand IP Realm. 5. Experience in sizing, dimensioning and scaling of network elements like CSCF (P/I/S/E), IMS HSS, BGCF, MGCF, SGW, MGW, SBC, MRF, TAS, Messaging, Conferencing, SNG, MNP servers etc. 6. Good understanding of SR-VCC (Single Radio VCC), CS Fall Back and Multimedia Session Continuity. 7. Working knowledge of video conferencing solutions, presence and voicemail systems. 8. Working knowledge of telecom networks like 2G, 2.5G, 3G and LTE (MME, SGW, PGW, and MME). 9. Hands on experience in integrating solutions with Identity, OSS/BSS, Advertising, Content Management Systems, Self-Care etc. 10. Good understanding of operating principles for IMS client and codecs. 11. Hands on experience on RESTful interface to define, configure and test via service exposure and composition layer. 12. Expertise in writing RFI/RFP and vendor solution analysis, scoring and recommendations. 13. Ability to evaluate and recommend technology alternatives for business requirements. 14. Expertise in designing HLD and LLD for IMS/VoIP/VoLTE solutions. Expertise in writing TRD and test plans based on business requirements Soft skills/Other Requirements 1. Excellent team player 2.
