Architecture Design: Contribute to the Definition, principles, system structure, logical and physical views, security b. Software and Infra selection: Contribute to decisions of Application Stack, database design, standards and frameworks, hardware c. Non-functional Requirements: Performance, scalability, security. d. Development Processes: Process design - Version Control, continuous integration, automated testing, Tool selection. e. Reviews: Plan, schedule and leadership on 'Review Process' - for design, source code and testing practice f. Design Process: Hands-on with UML diagrams, skeleton coding, Unit Test design, Automation techniques g. Others: Pre-sales support, software product design, licensing design Experience: a. 6+ years of software development experience, at least 2 years as a Senior Architect b. At least 1 large scale and high transactional web application design experience Required Soft Skills: a. Communications: Strong in written, verbal and black-boarding modes. b. Exposure to international clients and projects c. Should be capable of leading and mentoring a small team of Junior Architects Additional Preferable: a. Experience in Software Product design and architecture b.
