We are looking for experienced software development engineers (2+ to 10 years experience) to design/code/deliver the software/website, deploy the same and support the same with SLAs. Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science or related disciplines preferably or other branches. MCA/M.Sc. in computer science/related disciplines with first class/average 60% or more marks. B.Sc./BCA NOT ACCEPTABLE 2. Strong hands on coding and design expertise, data structures/Algorithms 3. Product development background 4. Junior to mid level - 4 to 7 years of experience in Distributed, Highly scalable, Web based Enterprise class Application Design and development environment 5. Track record of consistent delivery of software in fast changing environment, ability to work in relatively unstructured environments, High degree of initiative 6. Track record of technology innovations, IP creation 7. Strong Analytical skills Technical: 1. One or more areas including: Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Database development, Multi-threaded programming, Algorithms and data structures, Scalability and Security Architectures. (Mix n match of Scalability, Database, Platform, QA Perf, Mobile, Generic skills) 2. Current with OOP/OOD programming such as Java/J2EE, C++ 3. Agile software development life cycle methods, Design patterns, 4. Usability, Web based GUI technologies, JSP 5. Familiar with testing techniques/tools, Open Source technologies 6. Open source platform preferably Linux or other flavors of UNIX 7. Mobile Application development 8. Experience building new software products from the ground up 9. Experience developing design that is supportable, extendable and easily maintainable 10.
