Ø Hands-On experience in Coding, the role would require 60% of coding. Ø Should be able to manage a techno functional role. Ø Should have hands on experience on .NET Framework 4.0, C#, ASP.net, ADO.net. Ø Good understanding of Databases and SQL Ø Experience using agile methodology for development will be added advantage. Ø Must have knowledge on development best practices and tools (FXCop, NUnit etc) Ø Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Ø Good Communication Skills.
